We do not ship outside the U.S with USPS.

Tracking:
Note, First Class Airmail does not provide tracking information.  If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select either Priority Airmail or Express Mail services.  Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery. 


TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at ASE-Supply.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to ASE Supply.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At ASE Supply, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
please return the unused merchandise within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you,
and we will issue a refund or make the exchange of your choice. The item must be in the original box in order to do any type of refund or exchanges.

After 30 days of receiving your item:
A refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling will be made & less 20% using the
same method and to the same credit card used on the original order.
Returned defective or used merchandise will be inspected, and a handling fee of up
to 20% may be charged. Refused Shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping & handling will not be refunded on Refused Shipments. Special order returns are an automatic 20% restocking fee and credit is not issued for freight charges.
